Sessions are a nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard and understood. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be creating distance and develop practical strategies to foster a more fulfilling relationship.

I work with partners in the early stages of commitment, planning marriage, and at every age and stage of life.

Our work together could take the form of weekly or biweekly sessions, a weekend intensive, or a mini intensive. We would decide together what format would make the most sense for you.
